- —The hotel must urgently improve its security and staff conduct at the main entrance and in public areas, eliminating the reported arrogant, snobbish behavior from valets and doormen who harass guests and tourists.
- —Service consistency is poor and must be rigorously improved, addressing long, unacceptable check-in delays and ensuring staff, including taxi dispatchers, are competent and do not verbally threaten or argue with guests.
- —The hotel needs to review the value and quality of Cédric Grolet's sweet/savory snacks and hot chocolate at Le Bar Américain, as guests found them disappointingly flavorless and grossly overpriced compared to the high-end patisserie expected.
