- —The front-of-house service requires complete overhaul and intensive training, eliminating hostile, unmotivated, and unprofessional behavior (such as insulting guests and physically assaulting a guest's arm) and ensuring staff know basic coffee terms and comply with simple service requests.
- —Logistical and maintenance issues must be fixed to meet luxury expectations, specifically ensuring taxis can access the entrance for smooth loading/unloading, fixing the disorganized and extremely slow breakfast service (waiting 40 minutes for food), and resolving the room quality issue of high visibility from the outside and a lack of temperature flexibility.
