- —Service across all high-touch areas (Reception, Concierge, Restaurant) needs complete retraining, eliminating the widespread unprofessionalism, rudeness, yelling at guests, and failure to process critical information (e.g., flight transfers, compensation promises) communicated internally or externally.
- —The management should immediately address major room design and noise flaws by improving soundproofing against loud street/siren noise, fixing inoperable air conditioning, and simplifying confusing room layouts (e.g., heavy bathroom doors, dangerously placed furniture) that severely detract from luxury comfort.
