- —The check-in/billing process and bar service require complete professional retraining, eliminating the cumbersome, multiple double-charges for deposits, the 30-minute check-out wait time, and the unacceptable failures of the bar staff (e.g., being "drunk," serving drinks with blood, and leaving guests waiting without service).
