W Prague

The W Prague delivered an incredible stay and is easily my favorite hotel experience to date. The staff truly went above and beyond, starting with a warm check-in where they offered great local recommendations. Since we arrived early, we were given the option to check in to an available room right away or wait for a room on a higher floor. The handwritten welcome note & gift acknowledging me as a fellow Marriott staff member was such a thoughtful touch. Cocktails in the W Lounge were great with a live DJ, and the speakeasy bars, Occulto and Poppy, are a must visit. The AWAY Spa was on another level; the team members provided a thorough tour of all the facilities and it felt like a private sanctuary. We were even given a choice of scents for the sauna. I can’t recommend this hotel and its facilities enough to anyone visiting Prague.

My new wife (Kate) and I had the most amazing stay in W Prague over the weekend just gone. The hotel is beautiful both inside and out, the food is great, bars brilliant... but most of all the staff are outstanding! I was contacted prior to our stay to ask the purpose of our trip, was advised of bookings that could be made by the hotel on our behalf, and were greeted on arrival like we were the most important customers ever, such a lovely welcome. The bar staff (cocktail gurus actually) are to be especially commended. The detail they provided with each cocktail was great, and they created cocktails to our request with such interest that it was inspiring. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. Seriously, huge thanks to all at W Prague, they made our stay so special x

Awsome hotel!! We had a great experience. We stayed here 3 nights. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean(my wife is super sensitive for these kind of things). The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect, very near the center but not in a noisy area.
