- —Overhaul the flawed elevator and staffing systems, resolving the ridiculous wait times for elevators and eliminating the presence of rude, pushy spa staff who constantly hassle guests for paid services.
- —Fix the unacceptable issues with room privacy and safety, addressing the frosted glass bathroom doors with half-inch gaps (which provide zero privacy) and ensuring complimentary safes are unlocked and working upon guest arrival.
