- —Urgently implement a safety overhaul to correct the lack of proper safety barriers on stairs/ramps and address general toilet cleanliness, which fell far below 5-star expectations.
- —Be fully transparent about amenities included in the all-inclusive package, clarifying the "cold" status of all pools (due to lack of heating or filtration) and accurately detailing which restaurants incur a supplementary fee.
