Great location for MRT system and buses. Good for getting to Orchard Road. Rooms are a bit tired. Breakfast is great. Executive lounge is one of the best for me. Decent food and Grace and the rest of the staff are great - super friendly and efficient.

The door men and staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is gigantic, with a wide variety of delicious options from different cultures to choose from. The concierge lounge is top notch. All staff are very nice/friendly, welcoming, helpful. Very accomodating Especially Mr. Jay, Ms. Grace , Ms. Moe and Ms. Yan Yi .

We recently organised the 4th run of our Leadership Master Class for C-Suite executives from distinguished companies in Nigeria, and selecting the right venue was critical. We needed a first-class hotel with excellent facilities and truly exceptional service—and Sheraton Towers exceeded our expectations. Mr Wang Yibin, Assistant Director of Catering, provided exemplary service throughout the entire program. He personally ensured that every delegate was well taken care of and curated food selections that our international delegates were extremely pleased with. Ambassador Francisca Kemi Omayuli, Ambassador of Nigeria to Singapore, arrived at the hotel , Mr Wang ensured that she was accorded the highest level of respect and hospitality. He mobilised his entire team to ensure her experience was seamless, dignified, and memorable—including gracious support during photo-taking sessions. Our program concluded on a very high note, with delegates consistently praising the venue, service standards, and overall experience.
