- —Service speed and consistency at the restaurants must improve, given reports of extremely slow service (35 minutes for a simple toast) and orders being forgotten, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
- —The hotel should invest in updating and maintaining basic room comfort, addressing issues like outdated, noisy furniture, non-functioning cupboards, uncomfortable beds, and complex/unreliable Wi-Fi connectivity.
