- —The hotel must drastically reduce the 30-minute check-in process (blamed on poor management of expectations) and address serious kitchen failures, such as serving uncooked, pink chicken, with immediate concern.
- —Management needs to clearly warn guests that the hotel is located too close to the airport, resulting in loud, frequent, low-flying aircraft noise that prevents relaxation and ruins the ambiance.
- —The hotel should improve the outdated room conditions (especially original bathrooms) and clarify that the Royal Level upgrade provides little added value, as the food quality is the same as the main buffet but presented differently.
