- —Management must immediately investigate and resolve the pervasive sewage odor reported in guest rooms and bathrooms, which is unacceptable for a luxury hotel, and ensure staff replaces dirty/stained linens and dishes.
- —The hotel needs to eliminate rigid rules, such as refusing entry to early breakfast even when food is ready, and ensure housekeeping adheres to guest schedules instead of cleaning late in the afternoon.
- —The property should address the air conditioning failure and ant infestations, and upgrade outdated room components (e.g., toilets, laundry hangers) to truly reflect its Grand Luxury rating and commensurate pricing.
