- —Management must increase staffing levels to resolve long waiting times at the buffet and pool bar, and ensure timely room service delivery, as waits for simple items can exceed an hour and forty minutes.
- —The hotel needs to cease the misleading practice of offering pre-selected rooms (e.g., specific sun exposure) only to deny them upon arrival. They must also ensure correct bed configurations are reserved (e.g., King size instead of two single beds).
- —The kitchen needs to stop reducing the quality and variety of food options, particularly the half-board buffet, and housekeeping must ensure in-room amenities like A/C and toiletries are always functional and fully replenished.
