What could be better
- —The hotel must eliminate late-night and early-morning noise from deliveries and rubbish collection in the central service areas, and urgently address severe insect/pest infestations (ants and cockroaches) and plumbing odors in the suites.
- —Management needs to solve the chronic sunbed wars by increasing the highly limited capacity, enforce the "no reservation" rule, and provide sufficient shade over the communal pool areas, especially during peak season.
- —The resort must retrain front-of-house staff (reception, activity staff) who are reported as being rude and condescending toward guests, and ensure staff follow through on basic requests instead of making guests feel unwelcome.
