- —Management needs to significantly lower the excessive volume of evening music (reported over 90 decibels, impacting health) and improve the repetitive, boring theme/genre of the live entertainment, which lacks variety.
- —The hotel must immediately replace old, cracked plastic pool glasses (a visible health hazard) and enforce pool rules for sunbeds, as the sliding standards in hygiene and facility maintenance do not justify a 5-star rating.
