- —The cleaning and room maintenance protocols require total overhaul, as guests consistently reported incomplete housekeeping (leaving crumbs and dirty items) and finding pest issues (ants), while also complaining about functional defects like smelly pipes and rooms that are "extremely hot and humid."
- —The hotel should immediately cease perceived "nickel and diming" practices by clarifying the confusing fee structures for room upgrades and ensuring the complimentary one bottled water policy is not enforced by concierge staff with "rude" and unhelpful statements.
