- —The hotel must address severe maintenance issues affecting guest comfort, including replacing uncomfortably "hardwood floor" beds, repairing damaged room decor (stained carpets, damaged wallpaper), and fixing noisy air conditioning units.
- —The food and beverage program must be enhanced and diversified by correcting the odd breakfast lack of Viennese classics (like Sacher Torte), offering real, non-miniature pastries, and ensuring complex a la carte dinner dishes (like the spatchcock chicken) are accurately prepared and safe to eat.
