- —The hotel must immediately initiate deep maintenance and renovation programs to fix critical room issues (cracked sinks, poor showers, and non-functional ventilation) and urgently address the general perception that rooms are "old-fashioned" and "worn."
- —Internal service communication and staff training require a complete overhaul to eliminate the failure of reception to follow up on reported issues, end the practice of staff walking into rooms with "Do Not Disturb" signs displayed, and correct the widely reported "rude" and "unprofessional" staff attitudes.
- —The expensive buffet breakfast must be significantly improved and diversified to justify the high cost, ensuring hot items are not served cold, food quality (like coffee) is consistently high, and the buffet area layout is managed to prevent the current "chaos and crowded" experience.
