- —The hotel needs to redesign standard suites to include a functional desk/workspace and install magnifying mirrors in bathrooms, as current room layouts are considered dysfunctional and uncomfortable for practical needs.
- —Staff protocols should be strictly enforced to ensure rooms are cleaned by early afternoon, eliminate the reported "unpleasant, moldy odor" in hallways, and stabilize wobbly dining tables during breakfast service.
